#handmadeinireland

Hi all.

Hope that you are having a lovely start of the week. Some of you might have already registered, some of you not, however we added a new category – “handmade in Ireland”.

We wanted to distinguish Irish products from the others as we love supporting Irish crafters, cosmetic makers & manufacturers. We wanted to show their additional value. Everything is made in small batches, on this beautiful island. Most of them we know personally and sometimes we even jump for coffee or meet them at our favourite events.

Three Hills Soap

Zuzka & Miska create their soaps, salts, balms & shampoos using their own traditional recipes. They handcraft their products from the very beginning to the end. Their products are completely nature, cruelty-free & palm-oil free. Their packaging is also very simple  and it can be either recycled/ composted. Their products are kind to you, the nature and our Mother Earth.

We are currently stocking (un)scented soaps from them but stay tuned properly this week, we have hell more of their products coming (including solid shampoos & lip balms :))

Justine Le Guil

Justine is our another favourite crafter. She is also based in Dublin. We talked over a cup of coffee a few weeks ago in a lovely hotel figuring which of her lovely products we could bring to you through our shop. We got some samples and we loved them so much that we had to order the products for you too. Reusable cotton pads & bamboo pads – both in beautiful upcycled bags, patchouli face scrub + spirulina & ginger soap. Honestly? Addiction! Just on the way! All ethical, eco-conscious filled with creativity & love.

Botanical Soap Therapy

Verca creates her products in the picturesque Wicklow Mountains. She proudly makes artisan skincare & soap bars + crochets a lot of lovely stuff. She is the type of person you can talk about everything and all the time over and over again. A few days ago, I went to visit her in The Creation Room, Newtown Mount Kennedy and picked up some hand-crocheted soap pouches and face cloths. Every piece is unique, so pick the one you love the most!

Warrior Botanicals

Warrior is a small business based in the beautiful area of West Cork. Reidin’ s parents own a local health store so she grew up in the surrounded by natural products. However- there was one thing she could never find  – a natural deodorant that really worked. She started to create her own from the ingredients she found in the kitchen. And she brought it to the absolute perfection! Have you tried it yet? Which one is your favourite? Lavender, vanilla coconut clove or rosemary?

And if you have any tips for skilled Irish crafters or if you are one of them, don’t forget to e-mail us. We would love to get to know them!

Love.

Adela
