My name’s Fiona and I’m the face behind Green Outlook Ireland.
Green Outlook was started to advocate for sustainable lifestyle choices.
I offer a plastic free shopping experience, corporate services and I’m available for community and school talks.

Online shop payment is accepted by both Credit Card (via Stripe) and via PayPal.
At events I accept cash and card.
Island of Ireland : I use An Post for deliveries. It’s set at a standard fee of €7.50.
UK mainland deliveries: I use couriers for UK deliveries. It’s set at a standard fee of €15.
Free collection: You can opt to select free delivery for orders and pick them up at an upcoming event (Check social media for upcoming events). Drop me a note at what event you would like to collect your order and I’ll have it ready to go for you.
I process all orders myself and aim to get to the post office every second day. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery.
Do you live or work in the Naas/Newbridge/Kildare town area? Please message me and I will arrange for free delivery to your home or workplace.
I ship to Ireland and the UK only for now. If you live outside these areas and are interested in shopping with us please drop me an email and I’ll see what I can do email@example.com
I package all orders in reused packaging, including boxes/old magazines and newspaper. This is to cut down on unnecessary packaging. I think it’s better for the environment, if you’ve any issues with this please let me know.
If you aren’t satisfied with your purchases then please send me an email as soon as possible.
For any refunds/exchanges, the goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt. I will give you the address once you contact me. Once your item arrives I will refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping fees) via your original payment method. Please make sure the goods returned are in their original packaging and not tampered with.
I cannot take responsibility for items posted to me that are undelivered so please send via a tracked means and keep the receipt for your own security.
If you receive any faulty or otherwise damaged goods, please do not hesitate to contact me as soon as possible so I can help.
